The room was super clean and really cozy, but it definitely needs an update. The patio door was a pain to close. I had a little leak from upstairs, but Romeo from the office came quickly to help out, so that was nice. Overall, I felt secure with the guards around, and the vibe was peaceful. Can't complain much about the basic setup, just wish the space was a bit fresher!

The staff at the property were friendly and helpful, especially Yaneiry in the office who was always ready to assist with any questions. However, there were several issues that dampened our experience. The air conditioning in our main bedroom stopped working midway through our stay, and despite the HVAC team coming to fix it, it remained inefficient. Only the bedrooms had A/C, leaving the living area unbearably warm. We struggled with the heat, and I fear that if we had visited during the summer months, it would have been a miserable experience. Furthermore, we were not informed beforehand that we’d have to pay for our electricity, which came as a surprise when we were charged an additional fee. Adding to this, there were numerous mosquitoes, and we all ended up with multiple bites during our stay. I suggest bringing bug repellent if you plan to stay here. Overall, while the location and amenities like the pool are wonderful, some aspects need serious improvement to enhance the guest experience.

It was just a top selection for a fleeting trip in Punta Cana with good value for money. The beach access was enjoyable, making it convenient for lazy afternoons. Be prepared for additional fees when you check in.

I recently enjoyed my stay at Stanza Mare Beach Front Aparthotel. The location was amazing, right by the beach, and the staff were friendly. My only issue was the patio door's difficulty in closing, but the fine ambiance and quick service made up for it.

The pool area maintained an appealing, breezy vibe with well-kept gardens that draw you in for a chill day under the sun. The ambience really delivers a nice Caribbean touch, ideal for lounging around after a long day of activities.

While the grounds are inviting, a few quirks detracted from the experience. The apartment setup lacked basic window ventilation, leaving it dim and feeling cramped. a second window would’ve helped immensely. Although there’s mention of a cleaning service, it’s only after your arrival, and any extras come with an added cost. Also, there’s an unexpected energy fee at check-in, unfamiliar to many travelers. The public beach next door isn’t exactly pristine, often littered and impacted by sargassum, which might be a dealbreaker for those expecting perfect waters.
